There will be some key visual elements seen in our video, that may link to our digi-pak and advertisement that we will be creating later on in the course. Synergy is very important as visual media (e.g. posters) can be used to promote our music video which will make it more popular and help us reach our target audience of 18-24 year olds.
One key visual element that will feature as of synergy is the blue lipstick of the main character featuring in our video. The blue lipstick represents the characters individuality and to show that they are different to the rest of society. This key feature here will remind the audience of the artist more easily as it is eye catching. It helps to connect with the audience and makes it more entertaining as it helps the audience figure out the plot/or story of the song easier, which therefore might help us reach a wider range of audience. An example would be from our own song artist, SBTRKT. The key visual element that he uses throughout all forms of promotions (e.g. album cover, posters, clothing and video), is the iconic mask that he wears.
