More to the inspirational videos.

This video has a variety of shots of this girl who appears to be possessed, and the room she is in is very patient like, emphasising how different she is. (Bedroom looks like a mental patients room) her outfit also looks like she is a mental patient. We wanted to take a similar approach to this and have quite dark outfits for the artists but not to show a type of mental illness or possession. We want to use dark and different outfits and settings to represent the artists individuality for the first half of the music video. 

 This video is based at night and focusses on representing the dark side of this persons life. Although none of the artists are in this video, we still want to take some ideas for themes, and setting from this video. The idea of the video being quite dark and deep into the night is something that may heavily influence our video. And the type of locations that are used here which aren't heavily populated. 

The special effects used with the smoke in this video will help show the idea of smoking that we have in mind for our video. We want to use some of the effects like the slow motion, and the smoke being exhaled in reverse to keep the suspense going through the video, and not to fully reveal the ending.

And finally from this video we want to take parts of the miss-en-scene where they have the DJ(producer) mixing and playing a song on his deck. And we want to have some shots like this to get the producer involved and show his image as well as the lead singer. We will probably have a different type of location for this scene though, for many reasons, the most obvious being our budget!
