Following on from what Abe said, none of the smoking scenes will be cut out in order to please those offended.
The album artwork for the Arctic Monkey's, 'Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not' features a friend of the band who is smoking. Scotland's NHS criticized the artwork to which the band's manager at the time retorted with, 'You can see from the image smoking is not doing him the world of good.' However, billboards with the album artwork featured the picture subject without the cigarette.
I feel in this day and age that more artists are being provocative in order to be more artistic and get their message across ... besides, there are far worse videos in my opinion (refer to the 'twerking' craze).
